The non profit where I volunteer has 8 POS machines. Big sale coming up ( except sale around $30K in 2 days). Several machines had bad print heads and receipts hard to read. These heads are hard to find ( at a reasonable cost anyway). After getting heads from another source that did not fit Hillside had the correct ones and shipped in a few days, allowing replacement to be done before the big rush.
