SHIPPING POS PRINTERS INTO HILLSIDE
-Customer is responsible for packing printers and mailing them in to Hillside using an existing scheduled carrier pickup or by dropping off at a USPS, FedEx or UPS facility.

RECEIPT OF POS PRINTERS AT HILLSIDE
-Boxes are opened, printers removed, identified and recorded by serial number on a work order which electronically updates to a scheduling queue while the printers physically transit to the repair department.

-Printers are disassembled and cleaned inside and out.
-All components are inspected for wear and replaced as needed.
-Extensive review and preventive maintenance is performed to guarantee long printer life.
-Printer is reassembled, tested, and communicated to using our proprietary software.

SHIPPING POS PRINTERS BACK TO CUSTOMER
-Printers are repackaged and shipped back to customer via pre-selected shipping method.
-As soon as the package ships, a tracking number will be emailed to customer so that the shipment's progression can be viewed and an ETA determined.
*An extra fee may apply when a printer is missing parts or damaged beyond normal wear and tear. In these circumstances, Hillside Electronics will contact the customer for approval prior to moving forward with the repair.
