Bought the wrong ones but still got them to work

Spent many hours trying to get them to work with my cake pos system couldn't get them to work and I was about to send them back. But I spoke with Mike and he told me how to get them working and they worked! So excited and I feel like I will be able to work with you again in the future for my printer needs. Thanks Mike !
