Little delayed, but exceptional otherwise

The printer heads took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but the representative I spoke to expressed that they have been backed up with orders. They even returned the individual pieces of bubble wrap I covered each printer head; I really appreciated that level are care.

They actually can repair it

I did not think it was possible to repair a thermal printhead, but they did just that. Quick turnaround and looks perfect and also prints just as perfect. Thanks for the quick and professional work!
